Shipping Policy

1. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every US order, subscription or one time.

2. Dispatch and delivery times

We dispatch the next business day. Orders arrive in 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.

3. Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions ship on their rhythm: every 90, 60 or 30 days, based on your dog size.

5. Where we ship

We ship within the United States only for now.

6. Temperature

PUPS is a shelf stable powder, so it is not shipped cold. You freeze it at home.

7. Lost, late or damaged packages

If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to us and we will sort it out with a replacement or refund.

8. Address changes

Write to us as soon as possible. We can change the address until your order ships.
